Due to the COVID19 outbreak, the Indiana Primary Election was moved from May 5 to June 2. Indiana will allow every voter to VOTE BY MAIL without a reason. This pandemic, which has affected the entire globe, has only emphasized what we already know to be right: we need a vote-by-mail option to maintain democracy in times of crisis. 

We can bring an application to you and then mail it in!

To vote by mail, you need to choose one of these options to receive your absentee (or mail-in) ballot:

Deliver Application: Please deliver an application and a stamped, pre-addressed envelope to me.

Print Application Myself and Mail to Clerk: I will fill out the application, print it and mail it myself.

To request an absentee ballot, click here and fill it out and mail to the address below. Remember the date of the election is June 02, 2020. The correct county, St. Joseph County, must also be placed in the correct location on the form. If the application mailed, it must reach the St. Joseph County Circuit Court Clerk’s office by May 21, 2020.
